Academy Discipline / Terms & Conditions

All students residing in the academy must consistently strive to achieve their goals with a positive mindset and disciplined behavior.
Carrying mobile phones during the stay in the academy is strictly prohibited. If found, the mobile will be confiscated and, depending on the seriousness, the student may be expelled after informing the guardian.
Smoking, chewing tobacco, and all types of intoxicants are strictly prohibited in the academy. Any damage or vandalism to academy property will result in financial compensation by the student.
Students found guilty under rules 2 and 3 will have their entire fees forfeited, and they (along with their guardians) will be responsible for any disciplinary action, including expulsion.
During the stay, attendance in all activities as per the academy’s prescribed schedule is mandatory.
All written and verbal instructions issued by the institution from time to time must be followed in the interest of students.
Students are not allowed to keep cash or any valuable items with them. In case of loss, the student will be solely responsible.
Guardians must deposit money for daily expenses into the student’s personal account.
Leave will be granted only on special occasions/festivals and with the permission of the guardian.
Students and guardians are responsible for ensuring timely return to the academy after leave.
Students must maintain cleanliness in their rooms and pay special attention to hygiene.
Cooperation from everyone is expected for the smooth functioning of the institution. The decision of the director will be final and binding in the interest of students.
The hostel fee will be ₹6,500 per month, which must be paid within one week from the beginning of each month. Failing this, after a 3-day notice, the student will not be allowed to stay or avail meals in the hostel. The responsibility will lie with the guardian.
If a student leaves the institution within 20 days of admission for any reason, ₹15,000 (coaching fee) and ₹6,500 (hostel fee), totaling ₹21,500, will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded within 15 days.
No refund of coaching fees will be made if the student leaves after the specified period of 20 days.
